I placed an order with this company 6 days ago and the order has not moved from pending status, they took my money and have had no contact since, I've called and left several voice messages (since they never answer) I've also sent several emails which have had no responce! If it gets fixed ill rebuttle and appolgise but af of now this company is very un trustworthy and will scam you for your money. Period. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! |

Can you please email me at [email protected]. I am the owner of the website, and would like to personally apologize to you about what has happened in your case. To anyone who may be reading this post, I would like to let you know that we have had issues with internal theft within our company with a particular employee. This employee has been terminated immediately once it was uncovered what he was doing. Not only was he stealing money and product, but he also managed to make a lot of people upset and lose trust in us. We are NOT out to scam anyone by any means. We are currently pursuing legal action against this individual, and trying to make sure that he doesn't do this to anyone ever again.
In conclusion, please feel free to contact me at the above email, and I will personally make sure that every customer that has been taken advantage of is compensated accordingly. We all know that business is built on trust and respect, and we strive for exactly that with each and every sale we receive from our valued customers.
If the person reading this is the former employee, you know who you are, I want you to know that the necessary steps are/will be taken to prosecute to the fullest extent.

I am very sorry for the delayed response. I am very sorry to hear what happened to your most recent order. They person that was doing out packaging and shipping...is no longer with us. I caught him stealing large amounts of cash, and product as well. I fired him on the spot once i had discovered this, and have been going through countless emails about problems that he had created. So again, I am VERY sorry about what happened.
I'll spare you the rest of the ugly details, and move on to the issue at hand. Due to his theft, I do not have am-2201 in stock right now. I am supposed to have a shipment coming in today (8/17/2011). I will GLADLY compensate you on an order of am-2201 once i have it in stock.
Please let me know when you read this email and let me know what you would like to proceed with.

Great company always emails me back not troubles what so ever so far!!! However i was ripped off by jwh corporation and i have left them several emails called several times still nothing |
