| i recently purcased what i thought was a pair of ugg boots from what was advertised as an official ugg supplier. it was suppose to be a £56 charge but they tried to take £105. when they eventually took the money they had taken £66 .in the last 4 days they have changed there name 3 times. |

i recently have had the same problem, i ordered ugg boots an hav got no confirmation email but £62 has been taken from my account. is there anything you done in order to get the money refunded? |

| I have also ordered ugg boots and the same has happened to me. I spoke to my bank and the fraud squad are investigating it so I may get my money back. They have taken £66.32 which the price on the ugg boots were £56.70. The company is a chines company. I thought I was dealing with a genuine australian ugg company. HOPE this helps |

| I have just noticed the same people have taken £66 out of my account for ugg boots which were supposed to be £56 and they tried to charge me£105 as well. I've been on to my bank and the fraud people there said i had to wait 15 days before they can investigate it. |

| I also ordrerd some ugg boots for £59, the site came through as ug australia so I thought I eas making a legitimate transaction, however I received no confirmation email and have just noticed £70 has been debited from my account. |

| I ordered ugg boots for for my daughter from Shutoine Rearthy AG in China recently, so far 2 payments of £68.50 have been taken from my accounts. I so far have not received my order confirmation. I have contacted my bank regarding the transactions which I believe to be fraudulent, however I have been advised by the bank to wait for 21 days, if the goods have not arrived by then they will launch investigations. |

| The same thing has just happened to me. I was meant to be charged £56 and was charged £69.62 instead and received a very 'odd' email from them. They were posing through 'Berkstore' who I have contacted and mentioned it to them. It didn't look like it had gone through so I was hoping it was a mistake but nope, they charged me. I have written to my bank and asked them to refund my account. Good luck all. |

| The same thing has happened to me. I also ordered Ugg boots and have been charged £62.52. I have had to cancel my Debit card. My bank cannot take action until 15 days after the transaction went through my account just in case the goods arrive. I doubt if they will!! |

| I also orderd ug boots on line they gave me a code number dtdg 15464 that was in august .£69.was taken from my crdit card. do i contact my credit card company ? |
