We paid her the full amount to help us out with our Loan Modification. Once she got the full payment, we didn't hear back from her. We alo found out that our mortgage company didn't not recived the complete documents that they needed form us. Marie won't tell you what will happen during the loan modification process. It's hard to egt a hold of her. We fired her as she is VERY incompetent and Unreliable. DO NOT WASTE your MONEY and TIME hiring her. You will be sorry. I am speaking based on my worst experience dealing with her. Not sure if she's on drugs or what. Everytime I call her up, she can't get a straight answer.

| Marie is very unreliable. She doesn't follow-up and it difficult to work with ther. I would not recommend her to anyone.She is a pathological liar. She's just good in getting your money but service-wise, she's a big No-No. I would stay away from her if I were you. Not worth your time and money. |

| I totally agree that Marie is very unreliable. She does best in collecting your monthly payment to her but when you try to follow-up your case, she can't be reached. Her assistant keeps on telling me that she's with a client. I would suggest not deal with her and Shore Mangement Solutions. She's a JOKE! You'll be sorry if you ever hire her. Never, Never trust her!!! |

| If you have been scammed by Shore Management Solutions and/or Marie Deary please report the scam to The Dept. of Real Estate. The Federal Trade Commission and your local Attorney General's Office. No company is supposed to charge a fee prior to obtaining a loan modification or mortgage reduction. Governor A. S. made this a law back in 2009. Consumers who are not aware are paying upfront fees to Shore Management Solutions and getting scammed! Fight these scammers back, don't let Shore Management Solutions take anyone else's money. |
