Sherri Ness is a hair stylist that has been arrested 3 times.
1. D.U.I.
2. 3rd degree assault (on her own child)
3. Vehicular assault.

I took my kids into Fantastic Sams on S. Wadsworth. It is again Colorado Board of Cosmetology to have a license to do hair if you have a been arrested.

Doesn't Fantastic Sams screen these employees. It is kind of scary that she was allowed to be around children. I guess these hair cutting places are so desperate for help, they hire anyone.

Mugshot, what is this, the 1800's.
Why would a facebook picture of her child carry any value in this report.
If you go to Jefferson County Courthouse, yes you can look her record up all by your self. You can also go online at www.instantcheckmate.com and for $5 you can look it up yourself. I'm sure either source of information could give you a "mugshot", or in this day and age a picture of what they look like.

The point of the complaint was to inform people that Sherri has been arrested for these things, and that it is against the State of Colorado to carry a license if you have these types of charges. These companies hire people to work on children and never do a back ground check. I think you would care more about getting someone like this away from children, no be asking about a mugshot. Some people just can't see the forest thru the trees. I am sure if it was one of your children or grandchild you would be the first one yapping.

Take the time out to investigate this. Check it out online or go to the courthouse.

Another case of unlawful slander? You can also look up the work "slander on line and read that the definition states that it has to be an "untrue" statement. I think you should still sign up for your wanna be a law student before complaining about slander. Do some homework.

I do always appreciate it when someone posts things to keep our children protected. It looks like you are more for the criminal.
