| Learned my lesson never take an estimate from a remodeling company that is cold calling you on the phone for estimates. Bob Graf the owner of this aweful company is a fraud and a liar. This man took a large down payment from us. Three months later finally got a worker to our job. But he would not pay for our materials, which took another two weeks of both his worker and myself trying to get my materials out of him. We ended up canceling our payment to him. Now he is threatening us. After doing nothing but lie and take our money and not use it. We are looking into an attorney ouselves. Please beware of this company and the phone service he has calling people for estimates. We are also taking it up with the BBB, Angies List and our local news station. |

I have a had a very good experience with Sharper Image Remodeling!
Yes, it took some time to get the work done - but he told me that upfront, and I understand that is how this business works, you don't get your job done in one week!
I don't understand what these people are talking about, but if it isn't true, Mr. Graf can easily have some lawsuits filed against these people and probably this website for LIBEL and SLANDER!!
If anything this website's host could easily pull down sites such as this because they violate the TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT which says that owner of site WILL NOT VIOLATE THE LAW!

My experience with Sharper Image Remodeling mirrors most everyone here. He is a liar and and a cheat...
LIBEL and Slander eh... How about Fraud? Theft? Criminal Negligence? Those are the things the proseccutor is going after him for in ST. Louis COunty and Ballwin.. |

| Bob Graf is a thief. Came to my house and toke $20, 000 from us 10 weeks a go, now i have a basement full with dust and frames on walls and no money. He present him self as a big compani that need to keep is crew busy. He told us that the only thing that he sub- contract is electrical and plumbeing. But in reality he sub - contract every thing. Take your money and do not pay them. Do youself a favoure save your money and dont trust him. |
