I have encountered a terrible seller who didn't refund me like he said he would after the item was returned. I wanted to return the item because it was too expensive. I had politely told him the problem and when he came back to me with a very rude message saying to return it along with other personal nasty comments, it ticked me off so much he got a red donut/negative feedback. Most sellers I buy from are very nice and polite so this was quite unacceptable to me. Using Delivery Confirmation after the item was returned, I waited a few days for him to refund me which he didn't. I had to email him on another eBay user ID because he blocks communication when he puts buyers on his BBL. He sent me another nasty message trying to tell me I'm not a good person and that I was acting like a 12 year old, among other things. I shouldn't have given his phone number to my grandpa because the seller then kept calling him about this even though it had nothing to do with him. I just wanted my grandpa to try and help get my refund. Also in that message he tried to extort me by the feedback I left. He wanted me to remove the negative and then only then he would take me off the BBL and refund me. I thought this was feedback extortion, but wasn't sure so I asked on the feedback discussion board on eBay and they confirmed it, it WAS indeed feedback extortion which is against eBay's policies. I reported him for this to eBay and even told him so. http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-extortion.html In the last message he sent me in response, he was just nasty as usual and then told me quote: "If I were you instead of reading ebay policies which mean pretty much nothing, id get the negative removed b/c it takes a few days for it to get removed." So this Shane doesn't even care about following the eBay rules. This seller should not be on eBay. The happy ending was that I filed a claim with PayPal and since the dummy didn't respond, I got refunded before April 17th which was on the 16th in the late afternoon. His e-mail address doesn't even work so he probably never even got the PayPal messages, thankfully. Seller's ID is: nonukeburger and I declined his request to revise the negative. I won't be buying from him again and have blocked him on my selling ID also. Do not deal with him! It will only bring you misery, extortion, and headaches!
