Sam and Dave's Auto Sales:Asheville,NC 28806 I bought a BMW Z3 Roadster from a young man here at this facility,he was very kind,seemed to genuinely care about customers needs and wants.I informed him I was pregnant and wanted to have a little fun before I had a baby,harm in that right? The price of the car was 8200 after taxes and fees such.I took the car for a test drive,sounded good.. drove well as far as I could tell.I had the car just 3 days and I was at to beat all my 83 year old grandmothers house low and behold the radiator belt just BUSTED all over her driveway.. leaving my car completely SOAKED and Me pregnant.. crying and completely DEVASTATED and STRANDED 15 MILES FROM HOME.So here I sit.. alone.Had to call the tow truck to come get the car,and had to pay a hefty $150 tow bill.The very next day I had to get the car towed YET AGAIN to the $90 an hour mechanic! Another $150.Got the car fixed at a whooping $1500 (belts were FALLING APART.. and the radiator had been FILLED in with some type of "cement" stuff) The mechanic told me right then and there I had bought a car that was messed up in the first place. My husband calls this dealer and tells him the above story.. he demands that I am compensated for the tow bill and the mechanic.. without saying another word the guy tells him "take it to jiffy lube I have a friend there" TAKE IT TO JIFFY LUBE? A BMW,A GERMAN made car!? My husband tells this man there's no way under God's green earth we are taking a German made car to Jiffy Lube and that if we needed to get a lawyer we would.Then the man tells him where to go: straight to hell. 3 weeks later I walked out of the my home to go to the market and low and behold: the car won't start,I check the battery cables,gas gauge ect.. NOTHING.So I call the towing company YET AGAIN.. Had it towed from the house to the garage and they proceeded to tell me that even LOOKING at it would cost me yet another $500.I didn't have it at the time.. so the tow driver took it back to my home.. WHERE IT SAT FOR 3 MONTHS.I had to have it towed AGAIN when I had the funds to have it checked out.. this time It had jumped to $600 to check it out.I was told : "YOU HAVE A CYLINDER OUT." To have the car fixed would have cost me THOUSAND (UPWARDS of say $5000 or more) to get it fixed.. I had to get rid of it.. and traded it for a piece of crap that didn't even run! I lost THOUSANDS of dollars due to these con artist.. DON'T BE ME. They are RUDE,CRUEL people that curse out there customers and they couldn't give a flip about what kind of JUNK they are selling.. in the end? I got myself a nice 12,000 PAPERWEIGHT that weights over a ton!
