After one year my husband and I noticed there were indentations from our bodies which did not spring back even after several hours.

The mattress is now 2.5 years old and we are both experiencing back and neck problems due to the 1.5 inch sinkhole on each side.

I read about other consumers who filed claims with Serta and were denied. I believe this is poor customer service by the company and unethical business practice. I suppose I will have to jump through all the hoops that others have to try and get my money back, but would rather not do that.

If someone reads my report and knows of a class action lawsuit against the company, please include me.
