| This company is terrible! Tommy and Amanda talk a good game up front. As soon as they get their down payment, forget it! They're gone to another job. You take a big time back seat. LOTS OF EXCUSES> Bottom line, doesn't follow up on commitments. Has no idea how to build a retaining wall, One of the worst contractors I have ever come across! STAY AWAY from these guys- Tommy and Amanda Myrtle- or YOU WILL BE SORRY! |

| I AGREE...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE TERRIBLE! We had a very similar experience and we regret the day we met them. They have no respect for the fact that you are paying them to do a job. They do not live up to their promises...and they make a lot. It would take me a long time to go into detail about all that went wrong...they can't do concrete, they destroyed our yard, our electrical inspection failed twice, the fence posts were not cemented in...I could go on...just stay away from them and don't be fooled by their list of references and fancy pictures...none of them are real...we are sick about what may be down the road with our pool. It was supposed to be a happy time but it's been a nightmare. |

We had some customers call and inform us about the reviews on the internet. After looking into the revies we have noticed that this person has the same complaint but has a different email on each review. It also appears that this person is taking once a month to put another review up. We are made out to be a buisness that would take your money and run. This person has also made negative comments about our work ethics and operation the we claim on out website. So concern of deformation and needing to protect our company we have contacted our attorney who is looking into this and taking necessary action.
We are a small business and rely on our good standings. We have worked hard to grow our business with good working ethics, quality, products and workmanship. We are a family operated business, our customers are very important to us and we try to make all of our customers happy. We will say that good has come out of this. It has made us step back, look at our company, and make some changes to even improve more as a company.

| I sit here searching for a couple of positives to overcome the negatives. Unfortunately, I do not have any more time to waste looking at my MUD HOLE!. I have to agree with the other two comments. The sales pitch is very convincing, but their execution is deplorable! I have heard excuse after excuse. It has been 3 months now since my project begun. The pool had water in it with the first two weeks, but they have been a no show then. I have left message for Amanda Myrtle and never got a phone call back since the day I handed over the check! Tommy Myrtle does not like to return his phone messages. We were surprised to finally get a phone call asking when we wanted to get back on the schedule! REALLY?I did not know that we were off the schedule! While looking for another contractor to finish my pool, we have learned that my installed pool was no installed per the manufacture guidelines. Do yourself a favor... choose another company to pool your pool. |
