I applied with them in the past for job opportunities I thought I could reasonably get since I have experience. Time goes by and they do not contact me back, even though I knew I met the requirements. Okay, that's fine since I know there are many other competing for jobs. Then some time way later I got an email inviting me to apply for the jobs they had. I was upset, cause it sounded like a joke, I sent my resume, fill out applications(more than one) and nothing and now you guys sent me an email to apply?. Then a while later I replied to a job posting somewhere else, I find out it's from them, so then I get a reply about the new opportunity for this other job, and from there the dumb_ss recruiter is just playing, not answer the phone calls, or emails, but keeps telling you to call and check back, etc, etc. Why even extend an offer if you are not serious about giving the job? My view is this: if you are a recruiter and have legitimate need to fill jobs, then why wasted people's time with false promises, why would it take so long to hire a person and follow up with the steps to hire that person? It only make sense to think that these people are not serious and are taking advantage of the fact the people are in need looking for real jobs to feed their families while the so called recruiters are sitting behind a desk wasting time and not properly or seriously considering applicants. While they have a job, others are struggling to find one and it's very very frustrating to see that. I find these people very despicable and inconsiderate of other's needs and struggle for finding employment. If this is how they act now, I don't want to know how it would be work for them. I can imagine what it would be like trying to reach them to get your check and just getting the answering machine in return. I often see lots of openings in their site, which seems never gets filled. Now I know why. |
