I sent in a ring that was appraised for $6,000. Matthew Rogers quoted me $3,200, and I just received a cheque for $5.36.

I have left a message evryday and no one will answer the phone or return the call.

How do I get my ring back? Or, at least the $3,200?

I am willing to contact Ottawa Police, which I will do. But, I have a feeling that this will not come as a surprise to them.

How has onyone else handled this? Has anyone else gotten their jewelry back or the appropriate dollar amount?

I am a single Mom and was counting on this money.

How are they continually getting away with this?

We need to combine together and solve this and get them shut down.
