Seal-Rite Window Co owner Josh Stone took my money and never sent me the windows I ordered Kansas City, Missouri

A couple years ago in June of 09 I moved into a new house
and found that I needed to replace some windows. The name on the windows was
Seal rite. I checked and there is not a local company. I looked on the inter
net and found Seal rite windows of K.C. I called and talked to the owner Josh
Stone. I ordered the windows and Josh said it would take a couple weeks before
they would be ready. Josh calls after a couple weeks and said the last of the
widows were being made and send the payment. I asked when I should expect the
windows Josh said they should be here by July 10th. I sent a check
July 1st and it was cashed July 7th. July 10th came and no windows were
delivered. I got a hold of Josh on the 14th of July and asked where
the windows were. Josh stated that they were not made yet. I said the last time
I talked to you, you stated they were made and should beat my house by the10th
of July. Joshs reply was he misspoke but they should be at my house by the
next week. I tried to contact Josh but didnt get a hold of him until late
July. I got the same story that they will be here but they the windows never
showed. By the end of summer the last time I talk to Josh Stone I stated that I
wanted my money back and he agreed to this. Josh never sent the windows or my money. I contacted the BBB and Missouri Attorney General they said
they will try to contact Josh stone of Seal Rite windows about this matter but
I had to wait 90 days. After 90 days had gone by neither had any response from
Josh Stone. I talked to a lawyer and they said by the time I get done
paying all the fees just to get my judgment that I would have spent more money
than what I sent him. And at best I would get a beat up old truck. Recently Josh stone of Seal Rite windows has sent a letter
to the BBB saying that he wants to send me my money back. I replied that I
would only accept a money order or cashiers check. A personal check will not
suffice. The BBB did not get any contact back from Josh Stone and I did not get
my money. I have put the canceled check and letter on this page as evidence. I
dont recommend doing business with Seal Rite windows of K.C. or Josh Stone.
