Schwans Home Food Delivery They are unreliable,Do not return calls from Depo Managers,Don't keep promise and offer poor discounts for your troubles.

I had called several times to voice my complaints about service of drivers.Always told the Depo manager would call me back.WHAT A JOKE! this doesn't happen. When a complaint is filed they offer you 10% dicount on next order. Doesn't cover for what happen for most people don"t order over $50 dollars so WOW! a few dollars off for a bunch of crap you go through. Poor discounts.. Always switching drivers and changing weeks with out notice to customer.. then when you miss them most time they don't even leave slip saying they were there. Not consistant with the same time every two weeks, guessing and wasting your time wondering when they will come to your door. Was going to quit before because of this and new driver begged me to give him a CHANCE that he wasn't like others and would work with me. This lasted for about 1 or2 months and boom late, or early, and now no show, no call same bull again. would advise checking your local store before signing up with Schwans.Might cost gas money but much less hassle and Food is good and like it very much but store runs about same price.
