SBO-Online.org False unsoliciated billing on my Centurylink telephone bill Internet

I recieved a billing on my telephone bill for which I had not authorized. When I called the SBO-ONLINE.org for which it was listed theytold me it was for small business consulting, internet service, telephone long distance service. The representitive gave me my wifes name, our address, and my wifes email address as having responded to an ad on the net for their service. I went back and checked and the "confirmation email" she told me that had been returned to verify sign up was in my wifes trash account and had not even been opened. This company has obviously set up a phishing scam to obtain information and then begins the billing of people , who probably like me, have auto payment of the telephone bill set up. They have done this in hopes of people not paying attention to the billing statements. I would not have caught this if I hadn't noticed the difference in my charge to my credit card. The service this company provides would have done me no good anyway, I have unlimited internet use and long distance with my phone company. I have also filled a complaint with the BBB about this. I contacted the company and the rep told me that it would be refunded but might take up to two billing cycles depending on how long the telephone company had it's reporting cycle for complaints set up. I will be watching my bill very close to see if they actually do this. I have contacted CenturyLink telephone to report this to them since the rep from SBO seemed very interested on if I had called my telephone company yet.

I HAVE JUST GOTTEN OFF OF THE PHONE WITH SBO ABOUT THE "THIRD PARTY CHARGES" THEY HAVE BEEN PUTTING ON MY CENTURYLINK PHONE BILL SINCE OCTOBER OF 2010. THE MAN I SPOKE TO ASKED ME WHY IT HAD TAKEN ME SO LONG TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT THIS MATTER AND I TOLD HIM I HAD BEEN OUT OF STATE FOR 5 MONTHS TAKING CARE OF MY SISTER WHO HAD CANCER. I AM HOME FOR NOW BUT I HAVE A BROTHER WHO IS DYING NOW WITH CANCER AND I LOOK TO HAVE TO GO BACK OUT OF TOWN ANYTIME.

WE ALL TAKE FOR GRANTED THAT THE BUSINESSES WE DEAL WITH ARE HONEST AND WON'T TAKE ADVANTAG OF US. BUT BELIEVE ME THEY WILL. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE ON A FIXED INCOME AND CAN BARELY MAKE IT MONTH TO MONTH LIKE IT IS NOW. I CAN'T HELP BUT WORRY AND WONDER HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE ON A FIXED INCOME AND THE WORKING PEOPLE TOO THAT THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF.

I ASKED THIS MAN WHO HAD APPROVED THIS TO BE ADDED TO MY PHONE BILL AND HE SAID IT HAD BEEN APPROVED ON LINE. I KNOW THAT IS A LIE BECAUSE IT STARTED RIGHT AFTER I WENT TO TAKE CARE OF MY SISTER. BUT HE COULD NOT TELL ME THE DATE IT WAS DONE ON LINE. MY HUSBAND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TURN ON THE COMPUTER OR DO ANYTHING ON THE COMPUTER AND I WAS NOT HERE FOR 5 MONTHS. THEY MUST THINK I AM COMPLETELY DUMB. BUT I WORK PART TIME FOR A LAW FIRM AND I FULLY INTEND TO TALK TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT THIS MATTER. HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD APPROVE A $91.50 REFUND TO BE APPROVED ON MY PHONE BILL STARTING NEXT MONTH. BUT SINCE I DIDN'T APPROVE THIS TO BEGIN WITH I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY REFUNDED. IF ALL OF YOU WILL RAISE A LITTLE HELL YOU CAN GET SOME OF YOUR MONEY BACK TOO. VIVIAN IN TENNESSEE
