Savvy365 Jessica Cox, Savvy365.com, Travis Cox Fraudulent Web Design Vancouver, Washington |
6th of Nov, 2011 by User820503 |
In a nutshell. This company is a fraud they stole $200.00 from me and refuse to show any work that they supposedly have done. They will not provide a lawyer contact, address, or anything. These people are frauds and I will not stop until I have the Attorney General slam the hammer on them. From the beginning they lied about being the ones to develop e-layaway which was what enticed me to do business with them. Turns out E-layaway has never heard of these clowns. Since they refuse to refund me, I will make them pay by drowning them in so much litigation there grandchildren will need lawyers. |

Savvy365 has hundreds of satisfied clients that will attest to the fact that we are very good at what we do. Can we please everyone? Usually, but sometimes we can not make everyone happy. Especially when you work in the creative feild. As the CEO, Founder of Savvy365 I am forced to decide if a consumer is upset or if the reason they are raising concerns is more of a cash flow issue.
This client used up all of his designers time designing a logo that he asked for. We charged him a $200 deposit for his graphic design and website design. He was told at the time that he was paying a deposit, he said that "he was finding an investor" and that "he would pay more when he had the money".
We exchanged emails and text messages over the course of a few weeks. I thought he was happy with the level of service he was getting. All of the sudden I started getting angry texts, angry emails and phone calls. I explained to him that he used up all of our time for the money he had paid ($200.00 deposit, 10 hours of graphic design) and for any more work to be completed that he would need to pay additional money. He has to pay for the rest of the project at this time for us to complete it. *Actually, our graphic designer charges $55.00 an hour and worked gratis to get the logo completed to the clients specifications.
We are not ripping him off, we are simply protecting ourselves from being taken advantage of.
We provided social media marketing and graphic design to eLayaway. We also work with Dutch Bros coffee and many companies in the NW.
I have explained to this client multiple times that I want to help him, I want to see this through and give him a successful campaign but we do not work for free.

Savvy 365 has never done work for E layaway. I have checked and verified and found the company they swindled who actually did the work.
They are not legitimate. A company who supposedly does graphic and design work would at least have a proof right? They have yet to show any proof of them doing any type of work. Her and her boyfriend Travis are both Cons!
Why don't you settle this and provide me a legitimate address so you can get served papers? Why won't you provide that same address to the other companies that have been asking? Why is their more than one complaint filed against you at different Attorney General offices.
Your pathetic! |

We did supply marketing and social media services for eLayaway. We were incredibly imbedded within the company working directly with the founder (Sergio Pinion) and his assistant (Melissa V.) directly. In addition to our work via teleconference over multiple months, Jessica spent 40 hours directly working with the eLayaway team, in the Portland area office of Transfer Online, to create marketing programs. Transfer Online subsequently was creating a new software platform for eLayaway and is also a primary shareholder of eLayaway.
Please feel free to see the work we have completed for Kedar Fredarick. We have decided to host the website that we created for him directly on our site. Let us know if you think he got taken advantage of or not for his $200.00 investment (again, that is $200).
The website is currently being hosted at: www.savvy365.com/highfashion
We stand by our decision to not refund him his money or release the website to him without additional payment. Savvy365 has a very direct contract that identifies all of the areas he is claiming are untrue or false.
In regards to the Attorney General complaints, well, those were made directly by the poster and we are in direct contact with both offices and they are actively clearing our name of this direct slander. |

I've spoke to the Attorney General you are not even a registered business int he city of Vancouver Washington where you claimed to be working out of. I know now that you are based in Oregon somewhere and I will be contacting the attorney general there also.
You also claimed to have been bought out or taken over. So shameful to think anyone would believe that a shitty boutique operation like yours could ever be taken seriously.
You're very bold to have posted a fake site you must of quickly scraped together to make it seem as if you did any legitimate work
Why don;t you be as bold and post a lawyer contact, or legitimate business contact so I can settle with you in court. If you claim to be so righteous and legitimate you should have done this a long time again when I gave you the opportunity too.
Your a fraud your fake postings on the internet, and you BF that you consult with for your illegal activities will both go down.
If Karma doesn't get you, I will. |

jessica cox and travis cox of savvy365 are full of crap. they almost scammed $200 out of me. they list their address to be 806 NW 149th Portland Oregon 98686 on manta.com but 98686 is a vancouver wa zip code. they are not based out of portland or as they claim.
Employees - 5 to 9 - truth:: they do not have any employees besides themselves. travis cox is not a web designer as he claims. he was a loan officer until 2011 and jessica cox is a self-claimed founder and director of autism resources beaverton
Years in Business - 3 - truth:: according to godaddy, the domain was created on: may 13, 2011 |

These people are FRAUDS. We lost both our primary and rental homes in Bend, OR to foreclosure in 2011 because we rented to them and they refused to pay after a late first payment--it took us 8 months and the Sheriff's office to evict them. We were not the first, nor the last people they scammed. Tons of lies, mean emails... all of this is sounding very familiar, just in a different context. Very, very sad. And disgusting. |
