Savebig.com stole money out of my account without any varification or permission I contacted suport and they never even returned my email. I got their phone # from my bank statment on line but it is just a call center and refused to give all of my money back. I checked out their auction and what I saw to bid on was just flash drives and small appliances for the most part. the isp is Tiggee LLC out of Maryland.
Please do your self a favor do not deal with them |

I have also had problems with this company. Won 2 items got 1 and now company will not return emails or give any resolution over the phone. They never stole money from my account persay, however, they will not refund my 8 or 10 bucks i want back for the item i won. Sounds like theft to me. Definitely don't deal with this one...there are some legit penny auctions out there though make sure you check em out with the BBB first! |

I was interested in bidding on an item, but thought they just required my information to be able to do that. When I realized I had made a mistake, I was able to get someone on the phone that said she would take care of it and refund my $99. To date, no refund, no good phone numbers, no response to emails. RIP OFF INTERNET COMPANY |

Since the company changed to BigSave, there is nothing worthwhile that has been put on auction. They are misrepresenting what is being offered on the auction site. The amount to sign up was large and not all credits have been used. Have not been able to use any of the credits in more than 9 months due to very limited number of items being placed on auction and not the items they originally advertized, such as, ipad, cameras, store prepaid purchase cards, etc.
Their service is non-responsive. |
