San Luis Rey Towing The company lied about been closed for the holidays and charged me for days I've waited to be open. OCEANSIDE, California
28th of Dec, 2010 by User656759
My vehicle was towed the 23rd of December by the San Luis Rey Towing shop. I called the same night to make sure if they were open, so I could pick my vehicle. The person that answered the phone said that they were closed and they were going to be closed until the 27 of December. I called again on friday morning (the next day) around 8:10 am and I got the same response "closed until monday".

Monday came and first thing in the morning I went there and ask why they were closed and why they were charging me the days they were closed. They told me they were open on friday. Now I still dont have my car because I am waiting to get paid and had the most horrible christmas thanks to this people. My military gear still in my vehicle and as a US Marine is like a tool bag for me, no key of the apartment or nothing.
