SaltSoultions, Inc Steve-Ed took my money-promised product would be shipped next day- 2 weeks later nothing Tampa, Florida

Company was refered by local pool company that could repair my Aqua rite Salt generator cell. contact owner Steve- who assured me the company was legit, green, and could easlly reapir my cell. Due to lack of parts asked me to call back the following week.
Following week called and talked to Steve again, who said parts were in and he had my type of cell on the shelf ready to ship out. took my credit card info- let me know it was to late to ship today, but would go out the following day.
two weeks had gone by and nothing had arrived from Saltsolutions inc. I called and got some idiot tech who said he was "sitting on the paperwork" and it would ship soon! I let him know what Steve had said, and his only response was "I am just the tech"
Called back and talked to Steve's partner Ed- after some back and forth, said he would ship it out over-nite and I would have the cell the next day. I schedualed the pool company to come in for the install (re-did the system) .
The cell never arrived- again called the company and talked to Ed who said Steve canceled the shipment and it would be shipped out ground- asked Ed why hadn't someone from Saltsolutions Inc called me? He said it was not his job and that he passed it along to Steve. i asked to talk to Steve, when I was informed he was on a plane?? Asked Ed how steve was to call me back when he was on a plane- Ed had no response.
This company is no legit! i am having to sue them for my money back, haved filed a complaint with the Attorney General of FL for fraud- Come to find out , they are not part of teh Better Business Breau- and they run sever "companies" our of this location.
Best to just spend the money for a new cell- who knows when i will get my money back, and even if I did get the product I am very leary on what excatly they do to "repir" the cell. they will not offer any more than a 1year warrenty-even though Steve claims they use the 3 to 5year parts to repair the cells.
I did call hayward, who informed me that their cell is not authorized and therfore I am risking the circuit board because they could not verify if they were doing the cells correctly.
My advice- RUN- RUN-
