The above website with the threads describe exactly what happened to all those suckered into putting a down payment on this Firestorm Monster Truck, April 3, 2011 Ryan Martens - Business also called Midwest offroad, had posted this; well everyone it is official, with a deposit made today, firestorm is in fact heading to utah, the truck will leave canada this summer and head to the USA, going to be sad to see the truck leave but the new owner sounds very excited to get the truck and put it to work. I will leave it upto thenew owner to let everyone know who he is and i wish him luck and hope lots of people down in utah get to enjoy riding on FIRESTORM Midwest offroad. I am the person who put the deposit on firestorm and am supposed to bring it to utah and after months of lies and deceipt it has been found that ryan martens is trying to scam me out of my deposit money and has sold firestorm to multiple parties including myself! Beware in any dealings that you may have with ryan!!! The police in the usa and canada are involved and hopefully i will get my deposit money back! It is truly unfortunate when one individual can work his way into an industry and screw over more people than it even sounded possible, and seems to ENJOY doing it to people!!! YES PEOPLE BEWARE. DO NOT.....DO NOT.....DEAL WITH RYAN MARTENS!!!!! HE HAS SCREWED MANY PEOPLE OVER AND HAS GIVEN EVERYONE THE SAME RUN AROUND UNTIL THEY FINALLY GIVE UP ON HIM. DON'T BE A STATISTIC. I have MUCH to add to this post, however, at this time I shall wait till the dust has settled a bit and the right authorities have been contacted. At this time I can vouch 100% to not have any dealings with Ryan Martens. He is a fraud, con-artist, liar and theif and basic trouble maker. He has done more damage to this industry in less than a year then I care to think about! RCMP in two provinces have been contacted and files have been opened. The US FBI has a fraud investigation opened and the US / Canada Boarder authorities are also aware of the fraud in process. More tips or leads to add, please do. |

| hello im ryan dj martens, (keith is my grandmothers name and not mine.) i have not ripped anyone off and i sold firestorm to the current owner at a huge loss after several failed attempts to sell the truck to other parties, i recieved one and only one deposit for $10, 000 from the current owner in the form of a personal check the day he picked up the truck, i cant believe anyone would be so crazy as to send aonyone that kind of money with out a signed invoice, bill of sale or a sale agreement of some sorts. thats just crazy. if anyone has signed written agreements that state i or my company owe them money they are more than welcome to forward that info to me to be delt with. if i infact owe money to anyone i will send payment in a timely fashion. if you think i owe you please forward claims to my personal email. im sure you have it if you say i owe you money. i have made mistakes in the past and i have also paid for those mistakes. i was charged with theft of a vehicle that even the crown said was a bunch of bull and the charges were thrown out. the only thing i am guilty of is being me and caring about people a little too much, i have also been told i may try to hard but im not sure. so anyone who thinks i owe them can contact me directly and no thorugh my ex wife who is the author of these reports. |

Scaminformer.com is a terrible company.This company does not allow stuff to be erased unless you pay their lawyer that they have advertised with them. SCAM INFORMER SHOULD BE ERASED FROM THE INTERNET. This Scam Informer website is a fraud!!!
It is so easy for ex and fired employees to slander here. It does not investigate the claims they have on this website!
