Rust Consulting Rust seems to look for excuses not to file claims against Countrywide Fairbault, Minnesota
11th of Dec, 2011 by User694119
Today, I received rejection letters from Rust Consulting concerning claims filed against Countrywide Financial Corporation. I had already seen complaints on Ripoff about people facing delays trying to get claims processed through Rust and I am in agreement with them that Rust seems to be trying on purpose not to process claims. My experience is that documentation that was entirely suitable when other companies were handling claims are rejected by Rust (and I have experience with several different claimants thanks to the dot.com bust). It also seems very interesting that Rust's rejection letter was sent so near to their Response Due Date of Dec. 29th. It is like Rust intentionally timed this rejection to have people not resubmit claims because they waited until what is without doubt the busiest time of the year to notify them.
