Rush Flyers Rushflyers.com Shorted their order by 1350 peices and didn't help rectify Plantation, Florida

We ordered 5,000 door hangers with Rush Flyers, 400.00+ value. We had them specifically for a plant of our new church and had designated areas for 5,000 flyers...we were shorted 1,350 flyers!!!! It really hurt us and put a damper on how many people we could reach. I called Rush Flyers and asked what may have happened. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I spoke to Jaysen Moore their manager both through email and on the phone, who said that because there was no proof it must have been Fed-Ex and not them. He then said to email him our next order and he would take care of us with "additional discounts". I called and he was "out to lunch", I called again he was "at a meeting", then they said to email him. I emailed him right away with business cards that we needed printed. NO RESPONSE! I called again, they said he was there then after about 2 mins on hold, AGAIN, he was "in a meeting". I asked the girl who answered the phone (who was extremely rude btw) what is going on because he isn't returning my emails. She asked me very abruptly, "how did you spell his name" i proceeded to tell her how I spelled the name on the email "J-A-Y-S-E-N" she said I was wrong. I quickly told her, I can't be wrong because I was just using the email that he used to RESPOND BACK TO ME...so again...LIES! I called back and asked if there was a manager that was higher than Jaysen, she said "NO" I asked if there was an OWNER that I could speak to, its a small business, not a franchise..she said NO. I said so The owner just opened a building and lets Jaysen do everything he isn't involved in the business at all...she again said "NO". Not only have they been rude, they have lied, they have cheated a customer..and if you decide to go with RUSH FLYERS...PLEASE COUNT YOUR PIECES!!!!!!! I think that's why they are so inexpensive because they cheat their customers the TRUE amount. Needless to say, I would rather pay extra for an honest business than cheat myself with a business that has NO INTEGRITY.
