RS Automotive I got leaking radiator for BMW, sent it back. After lots follow-up, and 1.5 months after, got another leaky or same? Internet

Went online to website: www.carparts365.co.uk, on last week February 2011 I ordered a radiator for BMW 520i. Got a radiator after 2 weeks because they couldn't get my address right. Installed radiator. Found out it's leaking. Emailed the company got a reply from Alex Paredes. He said I can either get a refund or get another one but it could take a week. So I sent the radiator back, marked where it was leaking from. It took them over a weeks to acknowledge that they received it even when I checked the Postal Service that and was told they received it. So they sat in their a** again. A week later I called to check the status cause I've not heard from them. They said They're going to send the radiator to the manufacturer. So they did a week later. And it took 2 weeks for the manufacturer called Cryomax to say it was good or not. They never call me back ever after I call. And they would say they would call me back that same day. So I kept pressing on. Most time the phone call get forwarded and no one on that line. I'd wait 5-10 mins and I'd hang up and call again, and it happen again and again. This happened for a month. Finally they sent me one and turns out it's also leaking, from the same place. Makes me wonder if they sent the same one since I've not heard them say what the manufacturer said. To summarize I ordered the radiator end of February. I only got the replacement yesterday, 13May2011. The weeks seems to have gone. And as I'm writing this my BMW is still down. Just went ahead order another one from a local dealership. That was a horrible customer service experience. I remembered I was known as IP28 to them. They'd say when they heard my Postcode, "Ah, the radiator!" Never fails. So don't order from them.

It's me again. It turned out it wasn't the radiator that was bad, it was air in coolant sys, possibly in the engine side that won't go away. I took the vehicle to a local repair shop and they were able to bleed it. They were better than me at bleeding it. I still wasn't impressed with the customer service of RS Automotive though.

The radiator was delivered on time as agreed; the delay in the replacement was due to the fact the Radiator had to go back to the manufacturer for a warranty claim which can take some time. At the end of the day Mr Alarante ordered a radiator which we delivered on time, the part proved to be fault down to a manufacturing error which most rational persons will realise it beyond our control. The radiator then had to go back for a warranty claim to the manufacturer to ensure the radiator had not failed due to being abuse or incorrect fitment. Once the claim had been approved we PROMTLEY Sent Mr Alarante a replacement . So we delivered the right part for the right price It was unfortunate we were not able to complete the warranty process in the customers desired timescales.
