woman who identified herself as agent Sudler, asked me if anyone has
come to my home to inform me about my daughter. 22 yrs ago, I had the
same conversation which ended with my husband was dead in a car
accident. When I recieved this call my daughter was on a 4 day outing.
Before she left she said there was a snow storm but she would be
careful. She was driving. Now you can imagine the rest. I am not a well
woman, and this call had me hysterical begging this woman to tell me
what happened to my baby. This so, called agent never told me it was a
collection agency, and did not ease my fears. Until I finally contacted
my daughter(she was in a dead zone for a minute) we established she was
fine. When I found out it was a collection agency I was livid. My older
daughter suffered with me since I contacted her in case she knew what
was going on. We suffer from PTSD. No one should be able to call a
parent and cause this kind of inhumane, decietful way to get the debtor
to call them, or to scare them into giving information. She said the
call was being recorded when I cursed at her because she would not tell
me if my daughter was okay. I surely hope it was because I am going to
do everything in my power to get her fired, or the company sued, or
possibly both. 3 hours later and I am still shaking even though I know
my daughter is okay. Atlanta, Georgia
