RooterPlus Inspector Drain Inc. Incomplete job Cumming, Georgia

A couple of weeks ago 8/30/2011, our bathtubs and toilet started overflowing due to some blockage. Anyway, we called RooterPlus/Inspector Drain Inc. and were quite impressed at the punctuality of their plumber, Mitch. He went ahead and took the steps to clear the stoppage and at the end of the process he showed us via camera that it was indeed done. YAY! we were back again and happily wrote a $560 dollar check to the guy. He noted on our receipt that the â€œBlockage is now Clearâ€ translationâ€¦problem was fixed and that heâ€™d taken out whatever was causing the blockage to the system.
God behold, 2 days later, 9/2/2011, the same issue came up again. So we called the company again. This time they sent a plumber called Sam. Being that it was a Friday afternoon, I think he got a little careless and didnâ€™t try figure out how both our toilets ran to the sewer. He went ahead and started trying to clear the blockage from one of our toilets. In the process, he broke the other toilet in the house, which btw, he replaced at his expense at the end of the process. Anyway, his conclusion was that Mitch whoâ€™d visited 2 days before didnâ€™t clear all the roots/contents of the blockage and furthermore, we need more work, called a spot repair that would cost us 2600. We declined the offer. FYI, the toilet unit he installed is WACK as hell because RooterPlus/Inspector Drain Inc. made him purchase the unit out of pocket due to negligence.
2 weeks later, the problem is back. This time my husband contacted the manager called Dustin to question their policy or whatever. I mean, $580 is pretty expensive for a 2 week relief or a diagnosis, donâ€™t you think? Dustin refused to refund us any amount of money and proceeded to state that he would knock off $300 from the 2nd plumberâ€™s quote. In a nutshell, RooterPlus/Inspector Drain Inc. SUCK literally â€“ they will try and suck you into expending more money. Iâ€™d have appreciated them taking ownership of the first plumberâ€™s diagnosis and fixing the problem since we wrote them a check assuming it was fixed. No honor at all. Even if we had to go through their recommended process, we will NOT use this company. I would never recommend their services to anyone.
