I purchased a 55" Console TV table on 11-2-10. On 11-4-10 I returned to the store for refund and was told NO REFUND on items after delivery. Being that I picked up the table at the point of sale This means no return after the table was placed in my truck. This is an AS IS Sale. They have a return policy but it is hard to read on the back of the purchase order. I ended up having to look it up online to get a clear picture of what they policy was. Now I am even more confused. One time it mentions refunds within 48 hours only to say absolutely no refunds after delivery. Which in my case meant as soon as it was loaded in my truck. Then later it says for refunds on items purchased in store to contact store for return authorization. Return authorization? for what? No returns right? No Refunds Right? So why contact store for return authorization? Confusing statement. Another little nugget.... If I purchased online I have 48 hours after delivery to request full refund. What???? Come on.

Showroom purchase: You may receive a total refund of any monies for furnishings purchased in our showrooms, only if you cancel the sale within 48 hours of the date of purchase. If you charge your purchase, we will credit your charge account. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our main office. If you do not cancel the sale within 48 hours, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 48 hours, we will be able to confirm cancellation without penalty. No refunds are available and sales cannot be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered.
Online purchase: Online customers have the ability to return any purchase within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund. No refunds or returns on merchandise after 48 hours from delivery.
For purchases made in one of our showrooms, please contact the appropriate showroom to receive a return authorization. If you purchased online, our Online Support Staff will issue you a Return Number for your reference and give you any further instructions for returning your merchandise. You are responsible for returning the furniture in the condition that it was delivered. Please do not make returns without first contacting customer service. Make sure you already have obtained a Refund Number prior to returning. Please include your original sales order. Returns may take up to 10 days to process. This means that the credit for your item returned will appear in your account within 10 days. |
