My Husband and I was contacted by Republic Partners Properties regarding our timeshare that was listed for sale. They claimed to have a buyer, but we needed to provide $1890 to check title etc before they could legally determine clearance. I explained this fee was rediculous and agreed to pay half. We were sent papers to sign stating and showing who we were, in which asked for SS# and drivers license #. In which I called them and refused to supply. At this point they informed me to get the papers noterized..showing the notary our ID's. We have been unable to contact them since this, as the number is disconnected. These are really slick scammers, as all questions I posed were answered seemingly well. But, it seems we were really scamed, as we can not find them at this point.
