We began having washer trouble a few days ago, so I just did a simple google search for a washing machine repair group that could come quickly. Well if found . The site looked very professional and appeared to be a professional group. I called and the red flags should have started going off. When I called, the man on the other end did not identify himself or the company. But he seemed knowledgeble and was able to come in a few hours. The repair seemed minor but cost a little under $200. He had us write the check to Ronnie Griffin. While here his beat up van broke down and we had to help him start it. A bit later we had to call him back because it did not fix the problem. He said he would come back today, but never showed. I called him the next morning and finally got a hold of him. He said his truck had broke down again and he just got it back. He would be with us shortly. About lunch time we still have not seen him or heard from him. I tried several times and it either rang to voicemail. Or he answered just never talked to me. I finally reached a woman and she said he was still having truck problems. About 3pm he calls me and tell me he was getting his personal truck and will be with us shortly. At 6pm we never saw him. We did not hear from him for 3 days now. We started investigating on the internet and the number he called me back on, was the same number from another scam report for a Ronnie Spear. Maybe these are the same people I do not know. But the website gives the wrong impression of a professional appliance repair service.
