Rod sold me a car stating that he
was doing me a favor when he was going to be financing it and making
money off my purchase one week after i bought the car i called rod to
tell him that my tranny was slipping so bad it gave my passengers whip
lash,when i call rod he told me to bring it in so he can check it . When
i got there a hour in a half later to his company he then tells me
that he is going to give me a warranty because he want s the warranty
company to pay for it .

Ihad to sign it and wait three to four
weeks for the warranty to kick in. In the mean time my car is getting
worse and worse he tells me to drive back over there another hour and a
half and they will fix it for me. He then sends me to get a rental car
claiming he would pay for it. My only saving grace the was the rental
car comp would not rent to me so he had to use his credit card . they
then keep my car for four weeks of which Rod made me pay half of the
rental car because the car he sold me i had only driven for two weeks.

I
drive another hour in a half to get my car two days before Thanks
Giving and i am told that they were unable to replace the tranny
because the warranty company wouldn't cover a new one so they just fixed
it. After picking up my car to drive it home a hour and a half to find
it still jerking and the check engine Light turns on two days later .
To top it all off he told a family member of mine when they called to
question him that yes he knew there was a transmission prob but did not
feel he needed to disclose it. Not only that he promised to wave or
extend one of my payments out for the inconvenience needless to say i
just received a statement from him charging me for that month a late
fee and im not sure but i think the other half of the rental car plus
interest. Need i say more?
