Ritello knocked on my door and said they were going to open a office out here in the area and didnt have a big enough budget for radio or paper or something. So they told me about their products they just wanted some opinions on. plus their little helper gets paid 35 dollars just for showing it. 4 hours later they are pressuring me to buy a 4000 dollar vacuum. I told them how i just had savings account, i was unemployed. They proceeded to give me a 12 month rebait which after savings took me down to $1495.00? I should have just asked for 2 ritellos for that price. Than they proceeded to offer me a job so i took it. I found out you dont get paid 35 dollars for showing the product. Its all based on commission. The product is being sold from 1200 to over 3277(Which was a good friend of mine, hmm how can they make money off me at 1200 if they had to sell it for 3277 to someone else. Something just doesnt match up. In all, Ritello doesnt put out a good name, nothing really makes them different Kirby, Rainbow, Tristar when they go door to door. Product isnt bad, but does come with a 10 year warranty, so i guess that makes up for it breaking after couple weeks. |

SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE JUST PISSED OFF ABOUT YOUR LACK OF SALES SKILLS. DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE BUT I DO KNOW YOUR KIND. IF YOU MADE COMMISSIONS FOR SELLING THEN YOU WOULD STILL HAVE A JOB. I HAVE BEEN A DISTRIBUTOR IN JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA FOR A LONG TIME AND WE PAY OUR REPS $25 PER DEMO AND $399 PER SALE. WE ALSO GIVE A HEALTHY BONUS FOR PRODUCTION. WE GIVE GASOLINE ALLOWANCE PLUS DAILY SPIFF MONEY FOR THOSE WHO SHOW UP TO WORK AND DO WHAT WE ASK OF THEM. GUESS WHAT? I WAS TRAINED BY YOUR LAKELAND DISTRIBUTOR AND EVENTUALLY BOUGHT MY VERY OWN FRANCHISE WITH HELP FROM HIM. HE ALWAYS PAID ME ON TIME EVERY TIME. HE PROBABLY DOES'T EVEN KNOW YOUR NAME BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T DO THE THINGS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED AN ACTUAL EMPLOYEE. FOLKS, WE DO WORK HARD, KNOCK DOORS IN ANY KIND OF WEATHER AND SO ON. DEFINATELY NOT FOR EVERYBODY!! WE ONLY VERY THE PRICE WHEN THE TRADE IN IS A KIRBY OR RAINBOW. FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO WITH YOUR TIME LIKE GET A NEW JOB AND TAKE YOUR THUMB OUT OF YOUR MOUTH SIR/MAM.

I purchased one of these, and when the salesman started walking out with the boxes, the vacuum
came in, I asked what he has doing? he told me the boxes did not come with the vacuum! what
kind of crap is that? I told him I would not accept it, without the boxes. he called his office, and
they talked to me.. 2300 for a vacuum without the box it came in???? I shouted into the phone.
why was I not told this until after the sale? I asked. all they could say, was thats the way they do
things. I told them to keep it, if I could not have the boxes. they refunded me, and took everything back.
they would rather give up a 2300 sale, then give up the boxes! something very fishy here. I`m glad
I did not stick around to find out what smells... I suspect they only have a couple sets of boxes, and
sell used or refurbished vacuums. as I recall, the salesman had a fit, when my dog stepped on one of
the boxes. I told him not to be concerned, because we were going to buy the vacuum. he was still upset
about the box, when he called his office, and thats all he talked about. we were buying a 2300 vac, and
all his only concern was the damage to the box! I should have known then, that something was fishy.
why esle would they be so concerned about the boxes? I never heard of buying a new item, and not
getting to keep the box it came in! never until ritello, came along. we bought a rainbow. wife happy now.
we got to keep the box... |

DAMMMnnnnn!!! lol. Who in the hell pays $2300 for a vacuum???!!! I got a pretty good one at WalMart for $119.00. Never had a problem with and gets my carpet clean. I wish a salesman would knock on my door to sell me a $2300 vacuum. Especially if I can't keep the damn box...lmao |

Fyi...we never let a deal go over a BOX. What city do you live in because we don't do that. If someone wants the box, they can have it. |

I agree with Radioman. A BOX? No. That has never happened. None of us care about the box...if you want it you can have it. What city do you live in? That's insane. None of us do that. Trust me when I tell you no one let's a deal go over a BOX. |

I bought a Ritello and we did not bother to read the contract before signing BIG MISTAKE. The machine itsel if great the customer service is not be WARE BE VERY VERY CAREFUL of the writing contract. We were sold a used machine and when I contronted the manager he said he would give me a new one. The written contract and the verbal contract were two different thing. When I asked them to pick up the machine and credit my account they told me "you had 3 days to cancel" and now it has been 7 days and it is a done deal. I am now seelking leagel advice and I don't plant on winner but the word will be out and I will let people know what they have done.
not so happy in Lakeland Florida where the Lakeland office is |

The reason they wanted the boxes back is so they can repackage rebuilt, reconditioned, and or demo units. THIS IS NOT LIBREX OR RITELLO POLICY. These companies simply manufacture the units, then they sell them wholesale to distributers. These distributers then have a MORAL CHOICE...most fail. Door to door sales is over, and its a dying breed that soon wont exist. I love my Ritello, Delphin, and Rainbow. And, no I don't sell them..I just like the water filtration. The best thing to do is search on the web for options. narrow it down, then buy from a reputable vacuum shop on ebay..NOT kidding..that's how I have $10, 000 worth of vacuums for $650. They came with warranties and all from reputable sellers. I have only had to replace 3 belts in 7 years of ownership. |
