Riderswholesale.com(mooser moto) April miller ripoff no communication lied statesville, North Carolina

In march my father was looking for a cheaper mode of transportation at a cheap price I Looked on the internet and found riderswholesale.com and found a scooter he could afford sounded to good to be true but i looked into them and called and talked to april miller....she assured me that they were a real company that has been in buisness for 8 years...i believed her...well on march 27 2012 i sent her payment via credit card.$899.i got a conformation email sent to me saying payment was made in full...well on friday march 31 i got an email stating that my shipment had not went through yet because the color was not in....so i changed the color and it was supposed to be shipped april 2 2012... well since that time after repeated attemps to contact them for a tracking number on my shipment via email and telephone i sill have not heard anything...i have left multiple messages on there phone despite the wonderful costumer service there supposed to have and sent emails..so as of today i still do not really know if my shipment was sent or it was a lie.i believe this place is a scam and anyone dealing with them beware.worst customer service ever...and they will ignore your calls and send you to voicemail......while they were waiting for payment never failed answered the phone everytime.....even called me back a few times to see if i has sent the funds yet....said thats all they needed to ship it.
