Richardo Trinidad is a man of about 44 years who answered an ad I had to rent a room in my apt. When he came to see me he said he had a job selling medical supplies for diabetics and that he was a trumpet player for a popular latin band. After staying here and seeming like a clean and responsible person, it turns out that he lost his job, could not pay for the rent and claimed to have all these friends and partners that would give him the money until he got back on his feet. He lied every day and stalled for another week without paying the weekly rent. Everyday was another excuse and then he claimed to be selling a home in Panama his hometown and wanted my bank account number to transfer money with a friend of his in panama. of course this raised a red flag and i of course said no. Before this he had borrowed money from me and owed me also for half of a utility bill which he did not pay either. I warned him and gave him an opportunity to pay before I wrote this but he simply stated dont threaten me. Please be careful if you are considering any business transactions with him and also renting to him. He is NOT the person he appears to be. I am a disabled grandmother he took advantage of before I had no choice than to tell him to leave. He still has made no attempt to pay me. He seems lazy and quite content having others pay his way. I believe he is just a liar and scammer with no conscience. He claims that if i write this to watch what he does to me, just for the record.
