He advertised in the Jacksonville, Fl Times Union Newspaper, I paid him $395.00 cash on Jan. 15, 2009 and on the 27th of Jan, 2009, I brought a table over - had the key to my room, & there was someone living in my room, which a young man named Steve said, "Ask for your money back, he has done this before.
I sued in the Clay County Court house - Green Cove Springs, Fl - 2009-SC-563- Case Number. I won- June 17, 2009. Judge Townsend presided, I put a lien on the estate named Bayhill Trust, in Sept 21, 2009. Do not rent at this address! It cost me over $300. to file court papers and plus the gas and time commuting to go to court. I warned Craigs List not to let him advertise and the Clay County newspaper.
The owner is Jose Leiva, and trustee is Lisa S. Santiago. I still can't find where the owner lives - I will contact the father telling him his son is irresponsible.

woman who complained and sued me isnt telling all the truth.i did collect 300 on the 15th of january.she was supposed to move in february 1st.i did give her the key.she came 5 days early to drop off a table.i had a black friend who i let sleep in there when she popped in.she realized a black man was living there and demanded her money back immediately.i told her it was spent already and i would have to re rent the room to pay her. she flipped out and the rest is history.i didnt rob her.she chose to take me to court.she got what she wanted.i provide temporary adequate housing to lifes dropouts and social outcasts.gamblers/crooks/drunks and thieves. i show hospitality to all and dont discriminate unlike some people.
