William Shane Melton, Helton, or Billy, that calls his business: Revolution Studios, Fusion Multimedia and DesignFusion Design Firm. I answered an ad on Craigslist for him to build a website. States he is building portfolio for Charlotte, came here from GA. He is offering a special price to build his business. He met with my husband and I at his address of 10033 Reindeer Way Ln, in Charlotte, NC. He began making excuses as to why he hadn't started yet. First, stomach virus, flu, girlfriend ran off embankment in Atlanta and would be going there to see her, then her dad was waiting for lung transplant and would be tied up with that. Pity stories that you believed. A couple months went by and NO website, then NO communication, wouldn't answer the phone (of which he changes number often). After I started contacting some of his customers, he shut down his personal and business facebook pages, now he has removed his customers names since I had contacted them. He is a true conartist. I have a photo of him also from FaceBook. I paid 1/2 upfront of $200, plus he charged me tax of 15.00 which I don't think is legal on a service. He promised to pay me back but has not - been over 3 months. I said, "I NEVER meant to take your money. Explain that?? NEVER pay anyone money upfront!!

He still has a Facebook profile under William Shane. And, I read he had gone to jail recently. I was a " FB friend " of him and like most con artists, he was excessively nice... like a boyscout

Vaporized. Absolutely disappeared after agreeing to do the work within 48 hours. Sounds like the real deal, really knows the industry slang. I spent time trying to connect the dots and yes it seems like the same person. Life is short, don't waste your time with excuses and unfulfilled promises.

He is a complete piece of shit and i was also FB friends with him too, i was nothing but kind to him and he spread the worst kind of rumors imaginable to all my friends. He's ripped off many of the people on my list and should be arrested on sight. The fact that he isn't put away for life is proof that our system is broken.
