ITT Tech Ruined my life Tampa, Florida

I went to school and graduated from the ITT Tech campus in 2004. All of this time I have yet to get a job in my field, I have asked for assistance from their Career Services department which is completely useless. Furthermore, I have been told by IT professionals that they often will disregard students strictly with an ITT Tech education due to their lack of normalcy that Universities and Colleges offer. When I signed up for ITT Tech I was promised all of these things, the man I spoke with acted as if I cared about getting a job and I was dedicated to my education I would be able to get a great job. Currently I'm facing debt beyond imagination, the lack of interest in employers over the years has been amazing not due to my lack of trying but due to my education. I've asked them why they didn't want to hire me on several call backs with a simple answer that they they are seeking someone with a stronger education. Not in that they require a Masters degree, but the school itself. ITT Tech has completely ruined my life. Due to the lack of pay that I was almost nearly promised and the insane interest rates, I went from having platinum cards to a single checking account. I've been very depressed because I tried so hard when I went there and have tried so hard still yet due to my education, I'm unable to go forth in life. I have resorted to starting over by getting certified and realizing I will continue to get paid the same as someone with no education at all. For the longest time I blamed myself and circumstances but as the years have passed I've seen so many of my friends that went to community college far surpass me yet I know more than them about our field of science. I was young and naive, I could have gone to a university for the price of ITT Tech yet, like a car salesman I was sucked into it. I found a lot of things wrong when going there such as how no one ever ever ever failed a class even if they did horrible, how easy the courses were for a lot of us. If I got even 50% of the debt still owed from my education that I got from ITT Tech which would be $45,000, I would easily surrender my degree just so I could use that money to go to a community college. I think it's really hard to understand what depression is like for some people, but it's a real fact of my life due to ITT Tech and nothing else. Nothing else in my life, not a single thing but ITT Tech has made me feel this way.
