To begins with he promised things that just didnt come true. Yes I know i should have gotten it on a contract but you know he seemed like a man of his word boy was I wrong. The contract terms of service were incorrect from what he said, but kept me busy distracting me with talk about 20 other things while once in a while spouting lies about the contract i was going to sign. More promises but all a distraction from his real business of deception. Easy to contact the first few times I had problems after that NEVER returned phone calls and was alway sent to other branches or representitives of his companies or groups he represented. The machine he gave me I am sure was used actually from a business across the street who returned it. Promised free gift cards NEVER gotten. A real smoke and mirrors kind of business man. RUN and RUN fast from this guy and his companies all of which claim to be the best. Yes the best at taking advantage of anyone they do business with. I am hoping that someone will get a class action suit up against him and Retreiver and NPC and Select Merchant Services.

Dan Branson contacted me not once but 3 differant times over a 3 week period. Dan went over the paperwork all 3 times and I even left him copies for his records. Dan Branson stated he has been in business for 10 years but still can not read a contract, seriously? What Dan did know how to do is beat me up for a top of the line machine at an entry level price. Dan had an agenda from go, he was going to sign up for Credit card services then continue to ask for freebies along the way, Dan promised referals in town, LIES, Dan signed up for a basic crdeit card machine then proceeded to ask for an upgrade and got it, Dan asked for free paper and got it. When Dan Branson kept aking for more and more and finally got turned down he realized his free ride was over. Dan has a real flea market kind of business mind, cheap. RUN and RUN fast from this store it is nothing but an indoor unorganized garage sale.
