American Financial Benefits Center Brandon Frere Not What It Seems, Salespeople Beware! rohnert park, California |

American Financial Benefits Center is nothing like it's website makes it appear. I've been in sales a long time and this is the classic turn and burn. Work there if you want but have something to fall back on and make sure you keep a copy of the sales contract. The owner"s guzzling red bulls and wound up like a top. Approach with caution. |

I was google'n my previous company (AFBC) and was shocked to have found this report. I was compelled to comment because of what I read, and what seems to be a disgruntled employee… I also worked for American Financial Benefits Center and had quite a different experience with the Owner and the Management. Even though I no longer work there because of personal reasons, the service that the company offers, and the management are top quality, positive, upbeat people who truly care about the clients they work with and the staff. Brandon is a wonderful person to work for, he cares about everyone of the employee’s at the company and does a great job mentoring each team member’s job success. Clearly, not everyone is right for this type of position which is more of a lengthly application process than sales process anyways. I would highly recommend this company to anyone searching for help with their debt, or as a place to work. I still have friends that work there, they love it and you can hear it in their voice. |

I have to say i agree with Livelife4today. I am an employee who currently works at this company and cant say enough good things about this company or the owner Brandon. There were times that Brandon went WAY over and above what he should have to accommodate me and help me. This job is not for everyone, but if you have people skills and the want to help people, then there is no better place to work. I have been here for a year and plan to make a career at American Financial Benefit Center!
User622374 clearly is upset by the fact that he is not good with people, he needs to look to himself to rectify that, not Brandon. But im sure if Brandon could help this person in any way, he would |
