Having stated the above, I have a multitude of applications submitted for various jobs since May 2009.

My observation is as follows:

1) No noticeable change in job postings over a period of several months even after applying to many of them

2) Applied for a number of the jobs that are still being posted over and over again

3) Friend's listing of jobs, utilizing the same criteria as I, is showing the same jobs, the same number of jobs, and the continual posting of jobs I have applied to (both FREE membership vs. Premium Membership w/fee

4) "Now Hiring" postings for both memberships continually post same ads (e.g. TSA, Account Temps)

5) "Presented by:" never changes from the same smiling face as if no one is updating this web site

Please research this web site as a scam on older persons. My resume states the following: I am a hard worker and I want to work.I am available now and I am very flexible.I have been noted for my reliability, accuracy, initiative and volume of work processed.I am well groomed, courteous and friendly.Please consider me for an entry-level position.

Moreover, I have 35+ years of reputable work to include the following:Management, Customer Services, Banking, Accounting, Cashiering, and Dispatching, Web-based PC, Telephone Switchboard

For the type of jobs that have been repeatedly posted, I should have been offered a position of some type, even if temporary or part-time.
