| I was a sub contractor working for this company for several months. He would take helpless homeowners money from the insurance and would not fix the property. Some properties he gave me to work on and I would at times put out my money, well this guy has never paid me any of my money since I started. He would tell me that the insurance companies have changed since 9-11 -11 and they take months to pay out, so not being familiar with the restoration industry I believed him. Months passed by and nothing. He would always give me an excuse for everything but once again I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. Finally he stopped taking my calls, the homeowners started calling me asking for him and when am I going to finish their house, I told them I myself was trying to get a hold of Ray he is the one who has the funds to finish the project.. needless to say long story short one of the homes wen into foreclosure because the homeowner got jipped $250,000.00 and the house was not even touched, they tore down drywall and left studs and thats where that ended. He was living in a hotel with his 6 children for a very long time and could no longer afford that either. I am not sure what happend to the homeowner but I feel so sorry for him and any other homeowner Ray has done this too. He is an Insurance scammer and scams everyone else period. NEVER!!! EVER!! do work with this man or any people he refers to you, because they will do the work thinking Ray will pay them and in the end he wont and that company will throw a lean on your house. He did that to another homeowner as well. Also Monarch Professionals is another company he started with his son-inlaw to basically do what he did under Restoration one Screw and Rob people. Stay far, far away from this man...,. I have yet to collect any of my money that is owed and let me tell you it is not no few hundred dollars. |

| OMG I hired them to do the restoration for my home due to a house fire back in May 2010. They are ripoffs. They stole over 40k worth of jewelry, furs, and old coins who belonged to my grandmother and that is just the beginning. They took advantage of the situation and feed off of that because she passed away and was buried a week before the fire. I had to fire them because of the crap they were pulling. They were shopping through our belongings and taking stuff their employees were asking me for our belongings.They threw away all of my grandmothers clothes and other textiles without permission as these items were supposed to be donated to a womens shelter. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ray Gallant, Bernard Freud, Terry, Chris. Problem is they keep changing names because of all the problems. I hope they rot in hell. |
