Republic Partners Properties
Republic Partners Properties timeshare sold scam to get your money and you get nothing Las Vegas, Nevada
6th of Mar, 2011 by User841604
Cyndy Tate a representative of Republic Partners Properties called to say she had a buyer with a bid for my Summerbay timeshare Property. I did not like the bid and countered. She called back the next day saying the bid had been accepted. I then was told I'd have to pay 2250 for the title/deed search. I questioned the cost, and my husband even spoke with her that evening to ask questions. We were assured there was a buyer, they had signed a contract that they could not back out of...all the bells and whistles to make this sound legit. We charged the fee on a credit card. Since then we have not heard from the company. All calls are routed to voicemail where no one answers. We are desperately trying to recover our money. Don't fall for this scam as we did. Don't do any business with this company Republic Partners Properties.
