Repcopro/ Brandon Hunter Execuheli Unprofessional Company, scam Indianapolis, Indiana |
30th of Dec, 2011 by User555292 |
I am responding to the Complaint Review that was posted by Jason from Kansas City Missouri. I also worked for the Repcopro company under management of Brandon Hunter. I only worked for him for a couple of days and realized that I didn't like the ways in which the company runs their business or how they pay their employees. Writing down our hours on a time sheet and faxing them somewhere in Houston, Texas seems unusual to me. I recall Brandon talking about not paying an employee because he moved out of the state or didn't show up. He said he didn't have to pay him because of an issue with the time sheet. I thought it was really unprofessional for him to 1) bring that issue up in front of me, and 2) smirk and laugh about not paying an employee. He seemed proud of this accomplishment. Also, I sent in my time sheet for the two days that I worked and haven't recieved anything yet. It could be a delay in the mail, but this was two weeks ago so I have a feeling I'm not getting paid for those days worked either. Im glad I didn't waste too much time with the company, but I feel something should be done for those who haven't been compensated for their work. So, if you read this, please respond so we can get in touch. |

User, I'm sorry to inform you but Repco is just like any other company. If you walk outta the Coke factory, with your timecard you just punched, you will NOT get paid. Does that mean Coca-cola is a scam? No. Think about it. It's not rocket science, it's how business works. Agreed having to send timecards to Houston is a hassle. That's where payroll and our warehouse is. In a perfect world we would have manually stamped timecards like every other business. You and I both know that the nature of our business does not allow for this. As for your comment about not getting paid. We were forced to admit that payroll had a few glitches this year and we replaced the payroll staff for a brighter future. This was back around Sept/Oct that we were having delays and timecards overlooked. This is cause of human error. Repco does not, has not, nor ever will, purposely not pay an employee, current or prior, any income earned by them. You did provide a social and fill out a W-4, correct? However, it is YOUR responsibility to accurately document and provide the company with the hours and store assignment which you worked. If you want to complain when you haven't even faxed or emailed over a timecard, you should address the man in the mirror. I stand adamantly behind the company and will be the first to admit we went through some payroll issues. Most were employee caused but some were internal. We have taken the neccessary steps to fix this. If you did not get paid, email me directly and I will try to have it taken care of within 48hrs.

I expect no email as I am confident you HAVE been paid. It would be appreciated if you would remove your slanderous accusations that hold no water. Thanks.
