I purchased three $49 coupons from WagJag for Rent-a-Maid cleaning services. The only option to book a service is online. Over the last several weeks, I have tried three separate times to book a service and no one has responded. The online form says that they guarantee a response in 24-72 hours. The Rent-a-Maid website lists a toll free number but when I called to complain it just directed me to the website and I was unable to leave a message or talk to anyone.
When I tried to contact WagJag to complain and get a refund, I also received no response. Now am I out $149 and not happy about it. This is a scam and I am definitely going to seek further action to get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WAGJAG OR RENT A MAID.!!! |

| I experienced a similar situation with the voucers I purchased from WagJag for Rent-A-Maid cleaning services. It was my first experience buying these type of things and might be my last. I tried numerous times via the online for and via telephone to call Rent-A-Maid...nothing. Their company representation is very removed as well...no address, no office, no owners names...weird. I can't get ahold of anybody. With all this trouble and lack of response, I'm not willing to let these scammers in my house to clean, anyways. That being said, I called Wag Jag and they were awesome. They very quickly reimbursed my vouchers in full. No questions asked. I hope that Wag Jag will investigate these companies a little further in the future before they offer these type of vouchers. They are obviously unable to service the vouchers. All this exercise did was waste my time. Good customer experience, Wag Jag (on your end), but in the end a bad experience. |

| You guys this guy is a rip off artist big time his name is Benjamin Williams from Ottawa I found him on Facebook He owes my cleaning company money, he will take your money and never respond to you. You can try calling 1-877-489-2142 or his cell which he will never answer 1-613-600-5144, RENT A MAID IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY ANY COUPONS, We need this guy to get what he deserves. |
