I was informed today in a phone conversation with Ruby that I would NOT be getting a refund! Someone better review the Agreement on Page 3, number 5, Section (c) about the Guarantee! "If the Company does not complete all the services it has contracted to perform in this agreement for Loan Audit services and the client has cooperated with all requests asked by the Company and sent in all required documentation required by the Company; the Company shall be OBLIGATED TO REFUND
the ENTIRE AMOUNT PAID BY CLIENT to the Company for Loan Audit services." Which by the way is a total of 3 payments of $996.00 equaling $2,988.00 that I need refunded so I can pay my mortgage! This company has put me on the road to foreclosure ... NOT a new mortgage, because the information given to me was NOT 'by law' as was stated to me that I did NOT have to make a mortgage payment during this dispute and review! I have been jumping through hoops for the last 3 months with these people and slowly but surely the red flags began to appear and every time I told them I wanted to cancel the Agreement which is also on Page 3 ... "Client shall be
able to cancel this agreement at any time", they kept reassuring me that I am in the middle of the process, it will take time to go through their Legal Department and then come to find out from Jeremey last week that my case should
NOT have even come across their desk, that I deal with a local bank and there is NOTHING wrong with my mortgage or how it was handled! I kept calling and getting the same voice message, 'we are no longer accepting new clients',
oh gee, I wonder why? I was informed in the initial call with Jon Wakely (con artist/sales agent) in April, 2011, that only 2 % of people DO NOT get a new mortgage, so I asked the pertinent questions about getting a refund, he said if they can't help me that all my money would be refunded! Then I'm sure he was following the script and proceeded to say that I WOULD have a new mortgage by July 1, 2011 and not to worry because their company was the best at Loan Audit services! These people did nothing but string me along and take my money, which by the way I WILL recover! I will give them ONE WEEK from the date of this report to send a Certified Check with my refund of $2,988.00 and that does not include all the other incidentals along the way, the cost of faxing, sending certified letters to my bank and the trips to the Post Office! I cooperated and did everything that I could to assist them with this Audit only to find out what kind of people I was actually dealing with! If I do not receive the REFUND which is also pasted on their website, a gold seal stating MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, the FBI will be knocking on their door along with the FTC, the Attorney General of Kansas, the Attorney General of PA, the Post Master General, the Internet Crime Center and a Class Action Lawsuit Attorney I will be contacting! So all the 'players' in this CON, Jon Wakely, Jeremey, Ruby, Sara and Nikki, the people that I've spoken with in the last 3 months, get the refund check ready and over night it or ALL of you will be paying a lot more in Attorney's fees, court costs, fines, etc! There is no hiding this crime anymore because everyone will know to BEWARE and have NO CONTACT whatsoever with this so called 'helpful' com-pany unless they want headaches and sleepless nights! | My name is Jeremy and I have not been affiliated with any of these companies since the end of July. I have myself filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. I have posted several complaints myself on these boards. I worked with this company for two months. During that time, they did not receive one new loan for any customer. They only had 2 trial loan modifications approved in that time and that was only because I gave the customers advice to take it so they wouldnt lose their home! I am actively working with the county's district attorney office to aid in any way I can to help refund the money and to insure that this company and all of its entities have to cease and decist. |

It looks like these guys are now operating as Precise and are mass faxing real estate agents for leads. They are offering real estate agents protected territories for a fee of $5000. Then they offer to pay the real estate agent $1500 for every referral from whom they collect their $4000 fee.

| wow...my son in law just showed me this page and said, now what do you think of them? i read all of this and said...it coulda been me who wrote that top part, its all what has happened to us...except ruby did call us back when i left a msg about going to the better business bureau and a few other places, then we got a call. she still states she can get us a cheaper mortgage etc...and yeah, we tried to get our money back too..oh god what have we done? i think its nasty to scam people who are at their lowest point, they will go to hell for doing this to hopeful people who needed a real company that would have given them real hope and help.. shame on them. from maryland. |

| all these comments, incidences, experiences could have had my name on every one of them, EXACTLY what has happened to us here in MD...SHAME SHAME on them for using people's misfortune, in their darkest hour to scam them of money...they will go to hell, I'm sure. they SHOULD all be arrested, and made to pay back all of us! |

| i started in april 2011 i did not pay 3 mouths of morage they said it would be ok so i did everything i was told to do sent the letters did not get no returns letters so i was not happy i told them i want my money back o no ruby said we can stop all action but no refund i said i was not happy she said you waited to long you have 5 days to change your mind so i kept doing the letters and i kept getting mail from bank for forcloser so now im try to get the bank to put the three months on the back of my loan this is bac so she sent me a letter to send my congressman and got a responce from him so so last fri dec 2 i have been trying to contact them and that has been the story all the time you could not get anybody when you called i need the money back to put my lone back on track my creadit and my wifes have taken a bad hit so today i got a email from ruby to call the consummer protection people and gave me this number913-715-3003 i might have to tell my congressman about this company and maybe he can go after them but i need all your help if anybody can help please email me at [email protected] so i dont lose my home |

| i am hear to give testimony of how i got back my scammed money back into my bank account within the help of indianspiritualtemple i was scammed of $2000 usd on the internet. i needed money to start up a business so i contacted this loan company on the internet i never knew that they were scammers. i did all they told me to due to the trust i have for them.i paid as much as i could pay, due to this loan i had to sell most of properties to get it. and yet they did not send me any loan all they say is that your money will be sent to your bank account tomorrow, i did not know what to do again i have to beg for money to eat. they really robbed me of my money, so as i was browsing through the internet i came over this great spell caster who have also help people in getting back their scammed money. due to my condition i said let me try if they can also help me get back my money from the hands of this scammers. so i contacted them and i told them my problem and how i was scammed and also the way my condition went, so they told me not to bother. that am going to get back my money from the hands of the scammers.i had to have faith in them. they told me to send the necessary things they use in collecting my money from the internet. i sent it to them. and after they have finish casting the spell on this scammers. after 2 weeks i was in my working place when i decided to check my mail box, then i saw that they wrote me i thought make be they have written me for money again as they always did. so as i open the mail to read it was another thing i saw it was as if it was a dream. the mail i saw was that they told me that they no longer have rest of mind in their life that their life is now scattered due to the money they collected from me and that one of them have gotten mad.that i should please forgive them and remove the spell i have cast on them. and that they are ready to send me back my money they have collected from me everything they said. i never still believe this mail, then they called me on phone asking me to send them the information they will use in sending me back my money, n then i send them western union information for my money to come back to me, so after 3 days they called me that they have send me my money through western union that i should check my mail box, i still did believe in them until when i got to the western union office they gave me my $2000usd i never believed that my money could still come back to my hands, it was the spell i cast on them that make me get back my money, i thank you indianspiritualtemple. i know that they are many of you who have also been scammed by this people on the internet to contact [email protected] this great spell caster and they will help you get back your money as they did for me. |
