Where to begin. First off, the previous report hit the nail head on. If applying for this postion and you choose the 8:45 am time slot, be thoroughly surprised if your interviewer (president of the company) is actually there on time. Normally his style is to come through the front door later than you, telling whoever's in the lobby that he had an appointment or meeting prior, but rest assure, he just overslept. Real professional, right? While on your interview, first or second round, look for any applications/ resumes on the desk that say 110 on them. 110 to these people is a cruel and crafty way to change the "11" into a "No" meaning this particular person was either according to this company: 1. too old 2. boring 3. didn't like to drink In fact, if I had to say what this company's motto is, it would be "fuck 'em, they're on the interview" referring to YOU the hopeful applicant just looking for a secure and honest career. They only promote within the company, and getting promoted in this office is so far away from anyone's future it makes me laugh. Do me a favor, if whoever is reading this still decides to go through with an interview with this company, when they tell you about getting promoted and owning your own company blah blah, ask them how many people in that office have been promoted...one, maybe two? No, none. The only person making $$ is Deric, because he pays himself whatever he wants. If these people tell you in the interview that gas and work related expenses will be covered come tax season, ask them how they backup that statement, does this company send out weekly, or even monthly expense reports to be turned back in to management? of course not!! that's how they make and keep their money. sure you can claim your gas and work related expenses during tax season, but at your own risk with no evidence that at 2:30pm on a random Monday you were eating lunch "on the job"--- i swear your honor, that's really what it was as you go to your court date for fraud (didn't happen, just saying). what else can i say about this company... the fact that they don't have much furniture, you don't get a warm, "cozy" feeling from being inside. when you step into the office it looks as if they can pack up all their things and move overnight...hmm really credible there. and speaking of night time, they'll tell you the hours are until 8pm, soon after you're hired you'll realize you're working until 8:30, 8:45 until all of a sudden you'll find yourself at the office till 9:15 9:30 at night every day even on the days when you went out knocked on 45 doors talked to 5 people and DIDN'T MAKE A DOLLAR. bascially this company is a work at your own risk type scenario. unprofessionalism reeks at red f, inc. |
