In July 2010 I brought my classic motorcycle to this company because their add stated that they could sell it. Initially I did pay the $80.00 to get started. The vehicle didn't sell and when I checked on it the staff bragged and stated that the trike was being used to move around various boats on their auction lot. At that time as I could tell the trike still ran. I decided to run the trike at auction again and was asked to bring the price down during the month of August. Again it didn't sell. When I checked on the trike again I saw that the trike was not running now and informed this company. They lied to me and stated that it wasn't running when I rode it in in July. In September I was going to have the trike delivered back to my home and again was convinced to try another auction. In September it didn't sell. After checking on my trike I found that it wasn't running and this company tried to blame the problem on me. I told the manager that there was a problem but was ignored. I was convinced to bring the price of the trike down again and again was going to put it in October's auction this time for free because they admitted that there was a problem. This time I signed a contract to have the trike delivered back to my home running. The auction was October 16, 2010 and again the trike didn't sell. This company blamed it on a battery so I replaced it. It has been about 3-4 weeks since the auction and I still don't have the running trike delivered. I have been lied to several times since that time. I feel that this company is a fraud and they should not be allowed to treat customers who are consumers this way. All I am asking is to have this trike returned to me in the condition that I delivered it, running and in almost mint condition.
