Realtor Susan Kline of Valencia, California (currently working for ReMax of Valencia; and formerly of California Prudential Realty) is now working feverishly to steal the home of a senior citizen combat veteran. This realtor was part of a conspiracy orchestrated by Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. and IndyMac Mortgage Services, Inc., a division of OneWest Bank to illegally evict the legally residing senior citizen from his home after his landlord was foreclosed upon. The attempted illegal eviction involved trespass and assault by Monster Mowers of Lancaster, CA, (owned by Matthew Jay Cohick) hired by Field Asset Services, Inc. (represented by V.P. Joan Mougel), the disreputable Texas company serving as property cleanup agents on all of Deutsche's foreclosed properties. No proof was ever offered that Deutsche even owned the property at the time of the incident. Field Asset Services, Inc., along with Deutsche Bank, has been sued numerous times on charges of breaking and entering homes illegally during their foreclosure rampage. Susan Kline was the broker, real estate agent and property manager who repeatedly concealed information, lied to the tenants and then defamed them in court papers (and to Joan Mougel and INdyMac reps) after the tenants tried to sue the parties. Ms. Kline won her part in the case on a technicality and now she's attacking the combat veteran to steal the only thing he has left in the world, a tiny mobile home that he borrowed money for, after he had to move from the disputed property. She's put a lien on his home to cover her inflated "attorney fees". All this comes after the enormous emotional stress she and her co-conspirators caused the senior citizen and his partner. She just keeps piling on the abuse and assaults just like her master Deutsche Bank does with its Nazi-like tactics against people who have suffered at the hands of a fraudulent banking and mortgage system. Susan Kline is a disgrace to her profession and she and others who operate like her should lose their licenses.
