Ray Daigneault riped me off for more than $5,000.00 for some bogus computer repair SCAM! 698 Five Mile River Road, Connecticut

Ray Daigneault of 698 Five Mile River Road in Putnam, CT ripped me off for more than $5,000.00. I answered an ad for computer repair which Ray Daigneault had placed in a local paper. I had issues with slow connects and infiltration with my home PC. Daigneault said he was a computer engineer, employed at EMC out of Westboro, MA. I explained my problems to him. He replied he could repair my entire computer as if it were new. Also, Daigneault informed me it would cost $3,500. for the repair. I agreed and he then took my PC with him to work on it. Two weeks later I called Daigneault to ask how the progress was coming. He simply replied "slow". One week after that, he returned with my computer telling me it was fixed and it took longer than expected, so in order to get my PC back, I would have to pay him an additional $2,300.00. I first refused. Daigneault replied "the only way you will get your computer back is if you pay me!" I had no choice to pay him. By the way, he insisted on cash. Three days after this extortion, I was working on my computer and it crashed. My job is home based. I researched the code and realized my computer had been hacked. All my personal information had been stolen and compromised. After another investigation, by a reputable firm, I was told all of my spy ware and anti virus ware had been deleted. I placed numerous calls to him with no response. To all who read this, be warned, Stay away from Ray Daigneault of 698 Five Mile River Road in Putnam, CT. He is nothing but a scam artist who will rip you off! He will tell you that he represents a large computer firm, EMC, out of Westboro, MA, but in all actuality he is a crook and a fraud.
