I have been one of Randy's loyal clients for the past few years. He
initially prepared a bankruptcy for me, and then after that I began
using Randy for my taxes and even had him incorporate my business for
me. I should have known something was fishy after he prepared my taxes
the first time. He quoted $100 to prepare them for me, and after he
finished he suggested I give him an extra "tip" for saving me money on
my returns. I gave him an additional $50, and last year gave him an
additional $100 tip because I felt generous. At first I really liked
Randy, but I guess its a necessary trait for a con-manto get people to
like him. The reason for this report is because on my last visit to Randy's
office he offered my wife and I a job to do some advertising for him. We were very grateful and trusted Randy since he was our tax attorney. The timing couldn't have been any better for us since we had just had a
little girl and my wife was now staying home full time with the baby
leaving us with only my income. We were moving into a bigger place as
well and were really tight on money. Randy offered us a set price per ad placed and we agreed upon the conditions and about a week later I began posting ads for him. He was supposed to pay us every week, but that
never happened since he was always late in paying us. Eventually it got to the point where I stopped posting his ads
because he was so far behind. Thats when he started writing us bad
checks to keep us working. His bounced checks totally screwed up our
account, and since money was so tight and he was so late with the
payments we had already spent alot of the money before the bank told us
there were no funds available. It is January 21, 2011now and since July 2010Randy has been giving us the runaround and promising to pay us. He looked right into my wife's and my faces with our baby right there and
lied to us. We were so optomistic about the false hope that Randy
provided and I believe that he NEVER intended to pay us in the first
place and took advantage of us because of our tight financial situation.
I just want people to know what this guy is really all about. My wife and I really liked and trusted Randy and he totally betrayed us and
hurt us financially. This e-mail was sent November 6, 2010 and is only one of
many where Randy has promised to pay my family for the work we did for
him. Re:

You looked right at my wife and daughter when you asked us to work for
you and then proceeded to rip us off. You haven't paid us anything since August and we need what you owe us. I don't care who else you owe money to or what kind of new furniture you had to buy for your office, you
need to make my family priority #1 and come up with $720 right now. You
are unbelieveable and this need to be settled now. Don't lie to me
again. These e-mails are from September and October where Randy admits to owing us
money and being late on his apyments to us. Re: craigslist Tuesday, October 26, 2010 10:49 AM From: "Randolph Hirsch" <> To: @yahoo.com HI RICK: I'm working on half your past due money owed this week.... It's been a
difficult, hectic, challenging stressful month, and I apologize for
jerking you around for three weeks now.... We've been on a very tight
spending freeze since October 1st, (office rent and deposit, phone
services, DSL, electrical wiring, furnishing the new offices, gas
company, electric company, and of course payroll)but it looks like
things will start to loosen up finally by next week and we'll get back
on track again. I've been hurting this month buddy, sorry...I know
this was an inconvenience and hassle for you and Melanie as well, I'll
make it up to you not to worry... October was even slower than August
and September. As soon as I've made a deposit into your account, I'll
text and email you.... -----Original Message----- From: rick <> To: Randolph Hirsch <> Sent: Wed, Oct 13,
