Randy ripped me off for $2425. I sent him money in November. He has provided no services. Initially, I asked him to send me back $425 because we decided against that service since he was taking so long and feeding me dozens of emails with tons of excuses. He never sent that back. Then I asked for the entire amount andI havent heard a single word from him at all. He was supposed to give me and my fiance 2 tradelines a piece and also set up an incorporation for us. He did neither.
I've spoken with him on the phone a few times and have multiple emails from him but now that I've asked for all my money--no response. A scam. He seemed very decent and professional when contacting me for payment remittance. He has this nice"shell" of a website up with dozens of testimonials.He had so-called staffers call me 100 times before I sent the money. Then after I sent it....all that decreased. That money was for our future. I feel terrible about this whole thing and this man can go on scamming people is insane and criminal! I am also responsible. I shouldve known better. I just want my money back!

I sued him and won (many years ago), it was very easy. He has literally scammed thousands. Some of his victims he actually uses as testimonials on that shell site of his. He was evidently arrested on RICO charges as well, on one of the largest real estate fraud scams in California history. He also fancy's himself as a Hollywood bigwig, of course he is not, he's just as another person I spoke with, that he scammed as well, calls a "hack", that's a good term for him, very fitting. He was also basically kicked out of Washington state (you can find info on him on the Atttorney Generals website). He had the nerve to try and defend himself on "Judge Judy" also, and she tore him a new one, yeah that happened. If you still haven't sued him yet, just make another post and I'll give you the attorney's name that I used, I'm sure he'll be happy to do it again for you, it's kind of like taking candy from a baby for him, due to the fact Randolph Hirsch is sooo crooked nobody can defend him. If he really is still out within the general public and not behind bars, than our legal system is truly shattered to pieces. You may also want to look at other "Rip-Off" websites to find the countless others of us out there that are in the "Randolph Hirsch scam victim club". FYI when doing internet searches of him on the internet, etc., he will sometimes go by Randy, and often changes his middle initial. I do not just want to sue him. I want him put in jail where he belongs. I would be very grateful for the attorney information you have. I have enough on him to put him away to include lying/making false statements to the atty general, theft by deception, fraud...you name it.

Please anyone doing any buisness with this crook, stop all buisness immediately. i was ripped off of 1100.00 no services was ever delivered to me. Never recieved an accurate CPN number, no trade lines or anything he claims in his contract. I am now procedding with legal actions. his entire operation is a scam. Once its time for verifiable services, that he agreed to deliver, he stopped returning calls and forwarding all my calls to voice mail. No reply to emails either. Big scam.

Unfortunately, like some of Randy's other customers mentioned on this site, I too, fell victim to his deceitful business practices. At the beginning he promised various services (i.e. business incorporation, credit building services, etc), but after sending him $300 to initiate program, and another $1300 for credit building services I followed up with him several days later to get an update. Unfortunately, all I got was excuses from his business associate Rosie. I never heard back from Randy.
His unresponsiveness led me to do additional research into this guy's business practices which led me here.
At this stage, I've come to grips that I may not recoup my monies, but its more important for me to alert others who may looking to do business with this clown with the hopes of getting this crook off the street.

| Wow I'm so glad I decided to try and do some research first because I was about to send this guy $500 that my family and I really can't afford to lose. Im so sorry to hear the stories of those of you who fell victim to this predator. However thank you for caring enough about others to make your situations known. God bless and good luck |
