Randall Dalton Robinson - False Fake Fraud / Scam Reports: Beware of anyone making false reports and claims against Yashua financial including an old posting on scam report by Randall Dalton Robinson who was confused and he made some errors, so he has a hot temper and made that posting in error.... he has since fixed his issues and I talk to him regularly....I'm posting an email he sent me from him proving that he has been trying to remove that old posting, but he claims once you post something on scam report it’s hard to get it off because they have no viable removal process.... here's the proof/evidence: ----- From: Dalton Sent: Wednesday, March 02, 2011 3:44 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: When... I checked, I cant remove it, I can only add to it, I can say that you’re working with me to correct the problems is all I can do. There’s no way all your buyers are looking at that one site. Randall's aka Dalton's original claim was that Yashua Financial would not give him a refund and that we were under investigation, but this is the farthest from the truth. Dalton did buy two aged shelf corporations from us and we did deliver them to him the same day. That was the end of our contract and agreement. 2 months later Dalton tries to get a refund from us because it turns out the 2 PG's (personal guarantors) he thought he had backed out on him. That is not our fault nor negligence. That is a personal problem of his. We did our job as promised and delivered the 2 corps to him as agreed and as promised the same day. We also, offered to get corporate lines of credit for Dalton/Randall Robinson but at this point he is in gross negligence for not providing the two required pg's to take his 2 corps to funding. Yashua financial has serviced over 5,000 clients in corporate credit and cash angel investor funding and Dalton is the only person who has made a bogus complaint against us? Wow..... what does that say about him? 1 out of 5,000.00 ??? what's wrong with him? Yashua Financial has been attached so far by 8 modern day witches, 16 Satanist, 34 scam/fraud artist, and many more.... Yah=Yashua=Jeshua=Joshua=Jesus.... We are an honest physical company and will not allow others to try and taint our name. We have even had fake brokers out there collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars by using our website address and company name and defrauding people and not even telling us what they were doing.... We have had hundreds of clients calling and emailing us asking why we did not do their work, and we always inform them that there are people using our name to collect money and disappear. For example, Judy Wang of GRAND CAPITAL FINANCIAL in new port beach California, and Alanna Steinberg of Ontario Canada. BEWARE, do not send neither of these two people money. Do not call Yashua Financial saying we did not perform then make false fraud postings against us.
