March 2008, I recvd. a phone call from "Ramada Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacations offering 8 days total vacation. The first 3 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., Cruise to the Bahamas for 3 days, then back to Orlando for 3 days. A free car rental was included, plus bonuc vacations once you took the cruise. They took my credit card payment over the phone and told me I had 3 yrs. to take my cruises. The next year they called for more money as a "renewal" fee. I paid it (still believing if it was part of Ramada Inns, it was a reliable Co.). Today, I called to book my trip and was told I only had paid half of the cost and I still owed for the second person for $898 more. I had kept every piece of paper work plus had written all phone conversations down. I read back to them the price of mine was $399 each had been paid in full in 2008. I am beyond angry and upset at this kind of scamming that still is allowed to go on and on in America. Florida it seems there has been more than numerous reports of this same kind of activity reported to you. What actions have you taken, and Why are they Still in business ?I want a full and complete refund of money they've taken with nothing received in return. This is highly against the law. Caution: No One I say No One Book a trip or believe a word this company tries to present themselves to you as being. I did and it was all a lie. They have thieved over $1,000 from this lady and I want it back !
